During the COVID-19 pandemic, Orion Indemnity Company has remained committed to our Producer Partners and Policyholders. In August 2020 an earned premium credit was applied to all policies for the period covering March 19, 2020 through May 31st, 2020. In December 2020 an earned premium credit was applied to all policies for the period covering June 1, 2020 through July 31st, 2020.
We remain committed to providing our policyholders and producers excellent service and support.
Credits are applied automatically to policies, and policyholders do not need to call in to receive their credit.
Policyholders with a balance due on their policy received a credit against the amount due.
Refunds have been provided to customers whose policies were paid in full.
We will alert our producers when any future next COVID-19 credits are to be applied.
The COVID-19 credits have not resulted in return commissions for producers.
